PYRA Terms of Use

These draft terms describe the public website and planned member network boundaries for Pyramidion Cryptocurrency LLC and PYRA Protocol.

Important notice: Pyramidion Cryptocurrency LLC is not a bank, is not an FDIC-insured institution, and PYRA is not FDIC insured. PYRA is not a deposit account, legal tender, investment product, securities offering, or cash redemption product.

1. Status of These Terms

These Terms of Use are a public website and prelaunch member-network scaffold. They must be reviewed with counsel before public onboarding or production account activity opens. If a signed operating agreement, member agreement, or regulator-directed policy conflicts with this page, the signed or regulator-directed document controls.

2. Eligibility and USA-Only Access

PYRA membership is intended for United States persons only. Member activity requires identity review, USA-only jurisdiction review, sanctions screening, registered wallet records, and manual final approval by Pyramidion Cryptocurrency LLC. Access may be refused, suspended, or terminated if a user cannot satisfy those requirements.

3. Closed Barter Network

PYRA is designed as a closed barter-network credit and distributed ledger record system for approved members. It is intended to help members record barter activity, peer-to-peer exchange receipts, time-bank records, member votes, emergency IOU review packets, and related network activity.

PYRA is not offered as a public exchange token, cash account, deposit account, prepaid card, brokerage account, bank account, or investment program.

4. No Cash-Out or Conversion

Pyramidion Cryptocurrency LLC does not cash out, redeem, broker, exchange, or convert PYRA for fiat currency, other crypto assets, securities, commodities, or other tokens. Any member transfer must remain subject to member approval rules, wallet registration rules, operating-agreement rules, and applicable law.

5. Wallet Responsibility

Members are responsible for their wallets, private keys, seed phrases, device security, and transaction review. Pyramidion Cryptocurrency LLC will never ask for a seed phrase or private key. A blockchain transaction may be irreversible once broadcast.

6. Taxes and Barter Reporting

Barter activity may create tax reporting obligations. PYRA records, activity summaries, and exports are not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice and are not final tax determinations. Members are responsible for consulting qualified professionals and reporting barter activity as required.

7. Compliance Reviews

Account approval, sanctions screening evidence, KYC review packets, retention reviews, emergency IOU settlement reviews, vote eligibility, and activity record reviews remain manual. Automated tools may help prepare review evidence, but they do not create automatic approval.

8. Public Website Limits

The public website is informational. No public member actions are live on the landing page. Do not submit ID documents, social security numbers, wallet seed phrases, private keys, or sensitive credentials through the public website.

9. No Professional Advice

PYRA materials are not legal, tax, accounting, securities, commodities, banking, privacy, sanctions, AML, or investment advice. Members and prospective members should consult qualified professionals before relying on any policy, record, wallet workflow, or transaction history.

10. Changes

Pyramidion Cryptocurrency LLC may update these Terms as the member app, wallet, KYC process, and operating documents mature. Continued use after changes may be conditioned on accepting updated terms and completing additional review.
