PYRA Privacy Notice

This draft notice describes the planned privacy boundaries for Pyramidion Cryptocurrency LLC, the PYRA website, the member app, and manual KYC review workflows.

No public ID uploads: Do not upload ID documents, selfies, utility bills, seed phrases, private keys, social security numbers, or sensitive credentials through the public website. Production KYC intake must use the approved secure workflow.

1. Information We May Collect

For approved member onboarding and account review, Pyramidion Cryptocurrency LLC may collect contact information, legal name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, proof of address, identity document images, selfie evidence, business information, wallet addresses, sanctions screening references, member acknowledgements, and transaction or activity records.

2. How Information Is Used

Information may be used to review USA-only eligibility, perform KYC and sanctions checks, approve or deny member access, maintain registered wallet records, support barter activity records, prepare compliance exports, investigate security issues, respond to data requests, and meet legal or operating-agreement obligations.

3. KYC Document Boundary

KYC document contents must not be committed to GitHub, published on the website, stored in public assets, or included in public vote tally output. Review packets and archive manifests should use metadata, file references, and hashes instead of document images whenever possible.

4. Security and Retention

Pyramidion Cryptocurrency LLC intends to keep only information needed for business, compliance, security, tax, operating-agreement, and legal reasons. Sensitive records should be protected by access controls, encrypted storage, malware scanning, local archive controls, hash-only archive manifests, and written retention procedures.

Deletion or removal requests may be limited by BSA/AML retention, tax records, dispute records, fraud prevention, sanctions controls, litigation hold, blockchain immutability, or other legal obligations.

5. Sharing

Information may be shared with service providers, compliance vendors, professional advisors, tax or accounting providers, law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when required to operate the network, protect the company, investigate abuse, or comply with law. PYRA does not sell KYC document images or private member identity records.

6. Public Blockchain Records

Blockchain wallet addresses and transactions may be public, permanent, and outside the control of Pyramidion Cryptocurrency LLC. A data request cannot erase public blockchain history, prior wallet activity, or records maintained by independent networks, explorers, nodes, or third parties.

7. Data Requests

Members may request access, correction, deletion/removal review, restriction review, or wallet unlink review through the Data Requests page or by contacting damondanner@gmail.com. Email initiates manual review only; do not attach identity documents or sensitive credentials. Identity verification is required through the approved secure workflow before acting on a request. No automatic deletion occurs from submitting a request.

8. Children and Location

PYRA is intended for adults in the United States. The service is not intended for children under 18 or for non-US membership.

9. Changes

This notice may be updated as the secure KYC workflow, wallet, app, and operating documents mature. Material changes should be reviewed before production release.
